Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Last updated: 4 July 2026.
Tensor Solution Tech Private Limited (“TensorSolution”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have. We handle personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
1. Who we are
We are an AI-first product studio with offices in Bhopal and Mumbai and Bengaluru, India. For any privacy questions, contact us at [email protected]. For the purposes of the DPDP Act we act as a Data Fiduciary, and under the GDPR as a Data Controller, for the personal data described below.
2. Information we collect
- Contact & enquiry data — name, email, phone, company, and the message you submit via our contact or product-demo forms.
- Newsletter data — your email address if you subscribe.
- Chatbot data — messages you send to our website assistant, and any contact details you choose to share in the conversation.
- Technical & usage data — limited information such as approximate location (from IP), browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiries and provide requested services.
- To send you updates or newsletters, where you have consented.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and assistant.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (e.g. newsletters, cookies), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (e.g. responding to a project enquiry), and our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, balanced against your rights.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and — only with your consent — analytics cookies to understand usage. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via our cookie banner and change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting and email delivery), under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms, and where required by law.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then securely delete or anonymize it. Indicatively:
- Enquiry & contact data — up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless you ask us to erase it sooner.
- Newsletter data — until you unsubscribe, after which we remove you promptly.
- Chatbot logs — up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymized.
- Records we must keep by law — for the period the applicable law requires.
You can request earlier erasure at any time.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access and correct your data, request erasure, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and seek grievance redressal. To exercise any right, email [email protected].
9. DPDP Act compliance & grievance redressal
We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: we collect data with notice and consent, limit it to what is necessary, keep it secure, and honor your rights.

10. International transfers
Where data is processed outside your country, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards consistent with the GDPR and DPDP Act.
11. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including input validation, access controls, and encryption in transit — to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect it and to notify you and regulators of any breach as required.
12. Children
Our services are not directed at children. Consistent with the DPDP Act, we do not knowingly process the personal data of children (under 18) without verifiable parental consent.
