Refund Policy
Our refund and cancellation terms. Last updated: 4 July 2026.
This policy explains when and how refunds apply to services and products provided by Tensor Solution Tech Private Limited (“TensorSolution”). Specific terms may also be set out in your individual proposal, statement of work (SOW), or subscription agreement, which will prevail where they differ from this page.
1. Consulting & custom development
Custom projects (web, mobile, AI/ML, data, and similar engagements) are quoted and delivered against an agreed scope and milestones.
- Deposits & milestone paymentsare non-refundable once the corresponding work has begun, as they reserve our team's time and cover work performed.
- Before work begins, an advance may be refunded in full, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
- If we are unable to deliver an agreed milestone, we will either remediate it or refund the amount paid for that specific, undelivered milestone.
2. Product subscriptions
- Subscription products may be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
- A refund for the current billing period may be requested within 7 days of the charge if the product has not been substantially used.
- Usage-based or one-time fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
3. Non-refundable items
- Work already completed and delivered.
- Third-party licenses, cloud, or API costs paid on your behalf.
- Custom work explicitly marked non-refundable in your SOW.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your invoice or order reference and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
